With over 30 years of experience in the Wellness Industry, I’ve developed a keen intuition for each person’s unique needs and learning styles. My integrative approach draws from modalities like mindfulness, nutrition, fitness, massage and craniosacral therapy to support clients on their wellness journeys. Do I need to prepare anything before my wellness coaching session?
A discovery call would be the first to book, to see if the coach and client is a good match. If so an intake form and contract would be sent to look over, fill out, sign and send back. Book your first session and good to go.

Services may be covered by your extended health plan.
How can I book an appointment, and what is your cancellation policy?
You can book an appointment by text, email, or by booking a discovery call to see if we are a good fit. There is a 24 hour cancellation policy.
What is your approach to holistic wellness and healing?
My approach is to always listen to the body, the body knows what it needs to do to come back into health. Support is the best way to encourage health. Presence is key, it provides the space for healing to happen. Presence also allows for the subtle and intuitive prompts to be felt and received.
Are there any self-care practices you recommend between sessions?
After a session you may be given self-care tools like stretches, how to use balls, rollers. If it is coaching you may be given ways to self regulate, journal, meditate.
